Raft River Rural Electric Co-op


There will be a scheduled power outage in the following areas: Conner Creek, Elba, Albion, east side of Almo, surrounding areas immediately off of Hwy 81 (beginning at Gamble Lane) and 5 miles south of Gamble Lane on Monday, March 18 from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm (MT). Raft River Electric crews will be making final repairs to the Valley Substation transformer.

Malta, Idaho – Kurt Anderson announced his resignation today from Raft River Rural Electric Co-op, Inc.

Kurt Anderson has resigned as General Manager of Raft River Rural Electric Co-op, Inc. in order to pursue other opportunities.  He will be returning to the health care industry. We thank him for all the good work he has done for our co-op over the last six years and wish him the very best for a continued and successful career. 

The Raft River Electric Board of Directors has appointed Chad Black, Operations Manager, as its interim general manager. The search for a permanent general manager is expected to begin shortly.
