System (Data) Analyst/Billing

The System (Data) Analyst/Billing position is primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity and continuous improvement of Raft River Rural Electric Co-op, Inc’s (RREC) billing, metering and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems. Responsibilities include oversight of billing validation, data analysis, meter error detection and system optimization to ensure members are billed accurately and consistently.

This position provides leadership and oversight for the Member Service Representatives (MSRs) team, ensuring members receive knowledgeable, respectful and professional assistance with billing and service-related questions. The role will collaborate across all departments to support efficient operations and exceptional member service.
