Member Services Representative

The Member Services Representative often serves as the first point of contact for members and the general public. The role of this position involves addressing a wide range of member queries, processing various account transactions, maintaining accurate member records, collecting/processing payments and deposits, assisting with outage calls, and supporting the overall office operations. May perform other member service duties and assist other departments as needed in the course of business.
