Available Rebates

Raft River Electric may offer rebates for qualifying energy-efficient upgrades based on BPA’s most recently updated Energy Efficiency Implementation Manual.

Currently, Raft River Electric may provide financial rebates to members as follows:

  • Agricultural and Commercial: 70% of the BPA rebated amount, excluding performance payments and administrative costs.
  • Residential: 90% of the BPA rebated amount, excluding performance payments and administrative costs
  • Custom Projects: The Cooperative may provide rebates or incentives for custom or other projects deemed energy-efficient by staff and compliant with BPA guidelines. All custom projects must receive prior approval from both the Cooperative and BPA.

Rebate availability, eligibility requirements, and incentive amounts may vary and can change based on program funding, equipment availability and prior rebated amounts.
